late 19th century, in reddish brown lacquered surface, with dramatic pierced carved dragon crest with inset mother of pearl and bone eyes, relief carved moon cabinet fitted with drawers, dragon and swirling cloud stand with scrolled feet, 91 x 48-1/2 x 19 in.

good overall, loss of one carved element below lower dragon's chin, another carving loss at top of right leg, some abrasions to cloud on stand, other typical shrinkage cracks, bumps, and minor carving distress and repairs
