(Japanese, 1760-1849) Unframed woodblock print from the series [The Hundred Poems Explained by the Nurse] entitled [Fujiwara no Toshiyuki] depicting a period ship on Sumiyoshi Bay with lovers peering out the open hatch, 10 x 14-1/4 in.; with a copy of the book [Hokusai: One Hundred Poets] by Peter Morse, George Braziller Publisher, which describes the print; along with two pages from Hokusai’s book [100 Views of Mt. Fuji], (four pieces). Condition: toned, tear and small water stain to upper right corner, minor tears along upper edge.
