(German, 1908-1991) circa 1933-1941, comprising black and white portraits of Chinese people in the market place and on the streets, including vendors, children and others, each stamped to verso "Copyright Hedda Hammer Peking", set in a fitted silk case, image 4-1/2 x 3-7/8 in.; case 5-5/8 x 4-3/8 in.
