Italian, 20th century, the construction consisting of 40 hand-painted 6 in. ceramic tiles and depicting a large flattened basket of wildflowers, scrolling floral surround with gargoyle head above, signed "Giovanni" and dated "84", mottled green and black border, 34 x 51-3/4 in., applied to fiberboard backing.
