Untitled (Standing Nude), 1906-1907, preparatory drawing for the figure of "Expectation" in the Stoclet frieze, from a group of studies (Strobl, Bd. 11, Nos. 1533-1570), signed lower right "Gustav Klimt", pencil on cream paper, 22 x 14-1/2 in.; modern frame, tacked top and bottom with glue, light toning and grime. Notes: Alice Strobl gave the drawing to the group of studies of nude models, drawn ca. 1910. Marian Bisanz-Prakken suggests this work is more closely associated to the Stoclet group around 1906/07.
