20th century, three decoys by the same unknown maker, solid bodies with rounded bases, well carved and constructed, realistic detail especially to heads and bills, stylized but strong paint, comprising: black scoter drake, painted tack eyes, 4-1/4 x 12 x 4-1/2 in.; red breasted merganser hen, painted tack eyes, 4-1/2 x 12-3/4 x 3-3/4 in.; long tailed duck, glass eyes, 3-3/4 x 11 x 4-1/4 in.; together with a crude, mostly decorative carving, carved eyes, 5-3/4 x 14-3/4 x 5-3/4 in.

all with some paint loss, chips, and dents commensurate with age and handling; decorative piece with dark, discolored lacquer over what was a brightly painted original surface
