General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson, letter on lined paper dated April 18, 1863, discusses his satisfaction with suspended mail service on the Sabbath, signed "T.J. Jackson"; General James Ewell Brown "Jeb" Stuart, letter on plain paper dated March 7, 1862, giving confidential strategy directives to a Colonel under his command, mention of General Ewell, signed "J.E.B. Stuart"; General Nathan Bedford Forrest, short note on lined paper, date possibly appears May 4, 1863, instructions to procure resources and further strategy, signed "NB Forrest"; each separately and similarly framed along with transcription and General's image, with Stuart frame slightly larger at 33-3/4 x 15 in.
