coin with closed-back pendant frame, marked "(4) LOD.ILL.REX.A.A.1915 HVNGAR.BOHEM.GAL", engraved verso, "TNJ", set in rope twist edged 47.5 mm. pendant frame, set with four square step-cut rubies, 0.50 to 0.60 carats, and 12 round brilliant diamond, 0.25 to 0.30 carats, 64 grams like new condition.
