probably Hungarian, mid-20th century, cartouche form base with carriage drawn by coachmen and four horses, marching horseman on leaping horse, blue enamel horse blankets and riders capes, embellished with various stones including rutilated quartz, sadelite, amethyst, jasper, turquoise and seed pearls, unmarked, 8-1/2 x 29 x 12 in.
