British or Continental, mid-to-late 19th century, leafy arms terminating in flower-shaped candle cups, each with a small central figure of rustic young woman carrying a basket under one arm, no marks, 13 x 15-1/2 in.
some arms need tightening, remnants of old metal polish and candle wax,
