Style Serpentine-Front Tantalus Stand
French, late 19th century, with a central urn finial with three scrolling supports with draped floral over the peacock fan cut crystal top, raised on gilt acanthus leaf and grape and vine leaf shaped supports flanking the peacock conforming cut crystal peacock inset back over the conforming tray below, flanked by scrolling acanthus leaf swags and the repeating fluted molded front with applied musical mounts and raised on turned tapering feet, the back locks in place with the accompanied key on hinged supports, 17 in.. Condition: likely missing a glass, missing a brass support on one side to support the front crystal floor, chip to the floor glass one side under the molded frame, rear hinged door.
