site discovered in 1836, Great Nama Land, Namibia, with approximately 1 in. hole within a deep bowl shaped void, fine octahedrite pattern when etched, with stand on wooden base and plaque, approximately 7-1/2 x 5-1/2 in., 13.85 lbs.; accompanied by certificate of authenticity from The Universe Collection, New Haven, CT, and invoice dated February 16, 2008 for $20,700.00Note: Gibeon is the name of the meteorite that fell in Gibeon, Namibia in southwest Africa.
