19th century, double hinged wood and glass front panel opening to works, enameled gilt bronze dial with Roman numerals, set in elongated carved case with three urn finials, gilt bronze scrollwork, ribbon swag, and mask appliques, central gilt bronze figure of a gondolier flanked by two white stone column supports, scroll and figural decorated pendulum with central enameled panel with lettering "R A", with winder key, 44 x 15-1/4 x 8 in.

surface dirt and accretion, case with scattered scratches and bumps, break and repair to one carved scroll at case side, one carved scroll at case side missing finial, a few scattered holes/pest damage, urn finials, appliques, and column supports slightly loose, some discoloration to bronze elements, not tested for functionality
