British, 18th century, case with finely bookmatched veneers, dovetailed drawers with oak linings, straight bracket feet, illegible chalk inscription on bottom, 70 x 42-1/4 x 20-3/4 in.. Condition: brasses replaced, mellow patinated surface with some fading, restorations to cornice moldings, one backboard replaced, restorations and repairs to feet (probably reveneered, some elements probably original), scattered warping, scattered veneer patches and repairs (some as made), typical losses and repairs at drawer lips, other typical repairs.
