Five-Drawer Chest
British, 18th century, walnut and other mixed woods, banded top and drawer facings, bookmatched veneer top, five dovetailed drawers with pine linings, brass batwing brasses, 34 x 38-3/4 x 21-3/4 in.. Condition: probably formerly the top of a high chest now with feet on the bottom, brasses and feet replaced, some warping and separations especially at top, some bumps and repairs at drawer lips and moldings, some halos from previous brasses.
