London, 1796, urn form with lion ring handles, gadroon borders, four reeded and paw feet, lamp and cross finial (unmarked, probably later), spout with wooden finial, marks for Henry Chawner and James Eames, .925 fine, engraved with the Davie coat of arms and surmounted with a cast emblem of the Davie crest (a pastoral lamb), 142.81 oz.
