structurally sound and in generally good condition, pediment likely a later addition, some tiny losses to carved molding in cornice, later glazing, wavy glass, one small crack in upper portion of one panel (remains stable), some missing molding, scattered abrasions and some filled areas, one lower door lacking escutcheon, other general wear as expected with age and use
