British, late 19th century, well-carved frame with acanthus-carved knees and ball-and-claw feet, rich reddish-brown color, top with faux animal skin upholstery and brass tacking, 19-1/2 in., later seat frame blocking, scattered surface wear and abrasions including at toes, otherwise generally good condition.
