possibly Irish, probably 18th century, with arched back and scrolled arms, set with modern white upholstery with red piping, loose seat cushion, set on well carved cabriole legs with ball and claw feet, 35 x 75 x 32 in.

wear to toes and feet, with some scattered cracks (foot bottoms with large plugs from previous casters, now removed) other associated foot repairs, center front leg with later iron bracing, other possible repairs (not examined under upholstery)
