centering one oval mixed-cut faceted amethyst quartz, 18.0 to 20.0 carats, accented with four step-cut green tourmalines, and four round brilliant diamonds, estimated combined weight 0.30 to 0.50 carats, 11 mm. to 24 mm., size 8, 43.6 grams like new condition.
