(Belgian, 1820-1908) Two [nature mortes] in landscapes: one of fowl in landscape with powder flasks, [splits in panel at top, possible retouch under varnish, accretion to frame gilding]; other with rabbits and quail, gun and powder horns, [retouch top left and bottom edges, also possibly at gun stock], signed "FJ Huygens 1867", oil on panels, 9 x 7-1/2 in.; matching burl-veneer frames,. Condition: both slightly warped, crackle, abrasions at edge, wax seals verso panels..
