Hunting Party at a Watering Fountain, circa 1660, after a work by Simon Johannes van Douw (circa 1630-1677), unsigned, oil on canvas, 22-3/8 x 32-1/2 in.; 20th century gilt wood and composition frame lined, restretched on 19th/20th century stretcher, crackle, craquelure, small point of flaking, small paint void on white horse from an abrasion, retouch in two periods mostly at edges and sky; frame with abrasions. Condition
Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser’s risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges.
