The largest: Lady with a Fancy Hair Do, unsigned, watercolor on card, 5-1/2 x 4-1/4  in.; carved wood frame, 6-1/4 x 5 in.; Lady in a Cap, unsigned, watercolor on very thin paper, 4-3/4 x 4 in.; carved wood frame with eglomise spandrel, 6 x 5 in.; Fancy Lady in Profile, unsigned, watercolor on paper, 4-1/2 x 4 in.; carved gilt and painted wood frame with eglomise spandrel, 5-1/4 x 4-3/4 in.; Lady in a Fancy Cap, unsigned, signed illegibly label verso "...miniature Painter/Mile Town...", watercolor on ivory, 2-3/4 x 2-1/4 in.; ebonized wood frame with gilt spandrel, 6-1/2 x 5-1/2 in.

Condition

the first three with wear at edges, small losses, toning and fading, the second with a large section of missing paper upper right, the last with good surface, wear commensurate with age; all frames with wear, chips, and losses

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
