Batter jug, cobalt floral decoration to back and front of jug, lug handle at rear base, clay ears at shoulder with wire handle, tin lid and spout cap, 9-1/4 in., jug with thick strap handle, cobalt flourish at front, stamped "2" at neck, 13-1/2 in.,large jug with stenciled cobalt floral decoration to lower body, 16-1/4 in., both with stamped "Cowden and Wilcox..." at shoulder.; large jug with stenciled cobalt flourishes to lower body, stamp for "F.H. COWDEN HARRISBURG" at shoulder, 16-3/8 in., all Harrisburg, Pennsylvania circa 1800's; large glazed stacker jug, white glazed lower body, black glazed neck, handle, and spout, Keystone and "4" mark at shoulder, 18 in.

Condition

glaze and surface anomalies as made, batter jug with minor spout rim chip, firing separation at lug handle otherwise good condition, jug with repair to spout, neck and handle, crack around neck, spider crack and associated hole to side of jug, clay body anomalies, large jug with rim chips and cracks, surface abrasions, stains, clay body chips, general wear, stacker jug with chip at shoulder
