probably 19th century,ÿcomprising two lead glazed medicine jars each of repeating baluster form, each with pope insignia, one reading "Cinq Vn Ton," the other, "Da Sat Rion"; waisted cylindrical example, each side oval medallion centered with portrait of man, foliate and acanthus leaf decoration, circular foot; pitcher example, undulating rim, round body, floral and striped decoration, reads "Bevi Cara," all hand painted, largest 7-1/4 x 5 in.
