One bottle Cossart Centenary Solera 1845 Bual, Madeira, Portugal, Port, 750 ml, alcohol 20% by volume; One Leacock 's Madeira Sercial, Vintage 1940, Madeira, Portugal, Port, 750 ml, alcohol 19% by volume; One Chateau Climens 1er Cru, Vintage 1986, Barsac, France, 750 ml, alcohol 14% by volume; One bottle, lacking label, marked “Taylor 1963 Vintage” on capsule, importer's label on verso reads "Product of France/Table Wine...", 1500 ml

Note: Bottles were properly stored in a climate controlled wine cellar.

 

 

Please note purchases of wine are not available for in house shipping. Buyers can pick up in person or arrange for third party shipping or transportation in accordance with state and federal regulations. To our knowledge the wines offered here have been well cellared, but all details of handling, especially with early vintages, are not known. Purchases are at the buyer's risk, and no returns for wine purchases will be accepted.

Condition

Centenary Solera with moderate ullage, capsule with wrinkling, bin soilage, some small losses at top, label with tears, nicks, bin soiling, and rising; Taylor vintage with ullage below shoulder, signs of corrosion and seepage around capsule, wrinkling and bin soiling to capsule, front label missing, back label with rising and small tears; Leacock's with depressed cork, capsule with nicks, wrinkling, and bin soilage; Climers with bin soilage to capsule, label partially detached, bin soilage

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
