Spinario (Boy Removing a Thorn), after the Greco-Roman antique, impressed foundry mark "Fonderia Nelli/Roma", patinated bronze, 12-1/2 in.
Note: Nelli Foundry was active from 1880-1900. It was a favored foundry for many of the great French sculptors of the 19th century and was used by Tiffany & Co.
