British, early 19th century, campana vase with twig form handles on square base with domed lid, cobalt blue ground with gilt through out of grape leaf decoration, central panel depicting the Royal Crescent in Bath, England, mounted as a lamp with two sockets, 30 in. to top of finial, 11 in. wide drilled for lamp, underside of porcelain not examined, porcelain lid finial not present, restoration to sky area on central panel, scattered loss to surface consistent with age and use, old gilt repaint to top rim
