Dresden, early 20th century, carrying the seal of the Earl of Craven using the coat-of-arms of the Earl and that of his nephew William Lord Craven who succeeded him as Lord Provider of Carolina, motto on red banner [Virtus in Actione Consistit] (Virtue Consists of Action), heavy gilt decoration, marked "Dresden Germany" with gold acorn mark, 9-1/2 in., good condition with minor gilt loss, minor scratches on pink ground.
