Japanese, late 1940s, five covered stoneware jars in various shades of brown: one with chatter mark decoration from Onta pottery village, 7 in., [professionally repaired crack to body]; one lighter tan/brown glaze with bluish-white glaze patch and drips on top and side, 7 in., [1 in. chip re-glued to bottom edge of top]; other three possibly Mashiko, 4-1/2 to 12 in., [good condition].
