probably American, early 20th century: bentwood hickory and split wood finely crafted backpack with canvas straps, cane-wrapped top, 26-1/2 x 20-1/2 x 17-1/2 in., [minor wear, 2 in. loss at bottom;] backpack with bentwood hoop top and woven body, two leather straps, 19 x 16 x 12 in., [breaks and losses to body, leather dry with one break, extensive wear to felt pads;] two vintage leather-mounted fishing creels, finely woven with hinged cover and opening in top, leather rims, one with applied leather pocket, 10-3/4 x 14-3/4 x 9 in., [tears and losses, soiled, leather worn and in need of cleaning,] one of similar design with tight weave, shoulder strap and loop handle, probably a salmon creel, 12 x 17 x 13 in., [good condition for age, minor signs of use;] carved and shaped bent oak fish net, probably English, 19th century, 25-1/4 in., [signs of normal wear and use, net in good condition] .
