Chinese, 18th century, cover with finely molded gilt mushroom finial and scrolling gilt border with blue florals, "JFP" monogram, panels of multiple dragons chasing pearls, fighting storks, butterflies, stags and lambs with gilt border, oval body with two twisted grape and vine handles, conforming banding, monogram below, oval underplate with similar design and monogram, 11-1/2 x 13-1/2 x 11-1/4 in., gilt losses at top and bottom edges, around finial to monogram on tureen and at handles, small firing crack at handle.
