Chinese, 20th century, carved as one piece with standing figures in elaborate robes including Quanyin holding a flower, elder holding a [ruyi] scepter and a gourd, 6-1/2 x 4-7/8 x 1-1/8 in., mounted on finely carved reticulated hardwood stand, 8-3/8 in. overall chip to one flower verso, internal fracture visible on both figures, small flake to hair of taller figure.
