Walnut Corner Cupboard
Attributed to Virginia, circa 1800, scrolled pediment with carved rosettes, urn and floral inlaid tympanum, case sides with vine and leaf inlay, two inlaid dovetailed drawers over two doors, scalloped skirt, yellow pine secondary, 99 x 51-1/2 x 25 in.. Condition: refinished feet, skirt replaced, minor cracks and repairs to pediment, hinges replaced, scattered patches and repairs including at bottom of lower drawers, undisturbed back boards with cut nails, other scattered minor repairs, inlay loss, some shrinkage cracks and other scattered flaws, small loss to one side molding at top.
