Upholstered Oval Footstool
British, early 18th century, damask-upholstered seat on cabriole legs with scrolled volutes and slipper feet, patinated surface with rich brown color, 17 in.. Provenance: Private Collection, Wilson, North Carolina
excellent condition overall, very minor patch at one toe, two knee returns likely replaced, seat frame with small added blocking, legs with surface wear, abrasions, modern upholstery generally good
