Pennsylvania, circa 1825, possibly shop of Anthony Quervelle, with burl wood and cornucopia carved tablet back, carved and scrolled cornucopia arms, finely rendered dolphin carved feet, black horse hair upholstery with brass tacking, two bolsters, 40 x 96 x 25 in.
excellent condition overall, some sun fading at back of top, scattered minor surface flaws, not examined under upholstery
