purchased 2007, pair with carved components of lapis lazuli and some possibly sodalite, 14kt. and 18kt. yellow gold mounts (top rim tests 18kt., handles and other mounts texts 14kt.), each with two rings set with genuine sapphires (possibly synthetic), each stamped "VERDURA" on lowest gold mount, accompanied by copy of receipt dated October 2007 from Verdura, New York, N.Y., indicating a price of $20,250, 9-1/4 in.ÿ
one with repair just under top mount with handles and repair and chip to stone component below, scratch of tool mark to gold mount just after "Verdura", also upper components loose on base, other candlestick slightly loose on base, wax residue and minor scatches to both
Condition
Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser’s risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
Items purchased from our Asheville auction facility not picked up within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item.
