British or French, 19th century, Regency or Empire, crystal bases with cut diamond pattern knop stems, stepped bases, central support of gilt bronze with two swing arms adorned with neoclassical masks and winged sphynx, bobeche with hanging drops, each topped with fan glass element, 17 x 15 in.
some scattered chips, one central support off and retained for restoration, one candle cup off with remnants of old repair, slightly askew, loss to gilt
