British, probably late 19th century, each with highly figured satinwood top with burlwood and wheat sheaf painted banding, drapery and rosette decorated skirts on fluted and leaf carved legs with stretchers, well carved rosette and bellflower decorated skirts, 35-1/2 x 57-1/2 x 20 in. good condition overall, scattered chips and losses to carving of skirts with some paint retouch, flaking and paint retouch to legs, break and separation at one stretcher attachment
