Goddard Townsend school, Rhode Island, 18th century, figured mahogany dish top with bold edge molding, tilting on a tapered column support with tripod base and slipper feet, retaining areas of early and possibly original surface, original iron spider and lock catch, 28-1/4 x 34 x 34-1/2 in.
