Russian or French, circa 1900, carved bowenite body is studded with cabochon synthetic rubies, hinged 18 kt. gold (test) cap likewise decorated with cabochon synthetic rubies, unidentified mark on gold mount, 2-5/16 in. tiny chips to stones, hairline crack at shoulder of bottle, moderate wear to bottle and cap, otherwise good condition.
