British, late 18th century, top elaborately inlaid with ribbon, swag, bellflower and fan inlays, dovetailed drawer with mahogany linings and inlaid facing, tapered legs and spade feet, 28-1/4 x 21-1/2 x 27-3/4 in., opens to 37-1/2 in., scattered veneer and inlay cracks, checking and minor buckling, areas of finish loss and distress, one small loss to fan element at top, some restorations to foot facings, rear skirt refaced, other surface distress and scattered repairs (see detailed photos).
