British, early 19th century, highly figured mahogany veneers, the upper case with shell patera and Prince of Wales feather inlaid frieze, lower case with fall front with two false drawers opening to a finely fitted interior with bold shell-inlaid concave prospect door, ten additional drawers over three graduated long drawers finely crafted and banded with striped veneers possibly rosewood and oak secondary, 91 x 53-1/2 x 22 in. generally good condition, brasses replaced, fall front with crack at lower edge and some warping, some cracks and patches at case sides, feet with some breaks and repairs and reblocked (facings probably original).
