British, possibly Gillows of Lancaster, circa 1803, brass gallery over two glazed doors with adjustable shelved interior, lower case with shaped long drawer with Battersea enameled pulls, bookmatched figured veneers with lightwood banding, finely dovetailed drawer with mahogany and red cedar linings, above central door with figured bookmatched veneers opening to eight interior medals or specimens drawers, with red cedar linings and bone pulls, one drawer with inscription "C. M. Gage De Ses Tants Pinfold. Ce 1R. Janvr. 1803", flanked by two additional curved cabinet doors, opening to shelved interiors, 52-1/2 x 35-3/4 x 19-1/2 in.
