British, late 18th century, figured mahogany in a rich mellow old surface, five dovetailed drawers with original brass pulls, molded top, original straight bracket feet, 33-1/4 x 33-1/2 x 18-3/4 in. - Provenance: Private Collection, Connecticut typical surface wear and abrasions, especially to top and feet, minor shrinkage cracks at case sides, minor pest damage, original feet and most blocking, area of repair and distress at one drawer divider (at lock catch)
