visible frame appears to be in good condition, professional restoration at front of center foot, probable restorations at some knee returns, possible glue repairs at some leg attachments, scattered pest damage to secondary surfaces, underside of sofa is exposed, but upper frame not examined under upholstery, upholstery generally good with some small areas of wear and picking, one arm top with small area of possible cat scratch
