Pendant center genuine rectangular aquamarine weighing approximately 52 cts., surrounded by 152 marquise, pear, Old European cut, round full-cut and single-cut diamonds, estimated total combined diamond weight 5.50 to 6.0 cts., color F-H, clarity VS-SI, pierced and millgrain embellished platinum mount, 55.7 x 30.5 mm., 27.4 grams, with appraisal, light scratches and minute chips on aquamarine crown facets.
