, Provenance: By Descent in the Jenkins Family of Baltimore, probably from William Jenkins (1767-1843) or Thomas Courtney Jenkins (1802-1881)refinished, scattered cracks and veneer repairs, cabinet interiors now velvet lined, patches and repairs at hinges for central doors, back edge of top with plugged holes (previously fitted with brass gallery), later stain at backboard and some interior surfaces, scattered typical veneer cracks at door panels, leg panels with some small holes and areas of infill, other possible restorations to banding, brasses replaced, restorations to drawer bottom, other very minor flaws
