French, circa 1838, cobalt blue crystal cased over colorless crystal, hexagonal form, water clear blank, base deeply cut as rayed star, complex original stopper cut en suite, 8-1/2 in. slight wear to base, chip to plug, small chips to facets on stoppers and bottle, abrasion to top of bottle.
