French, 19th century, gilt scrolling pediment, engraved brass dial with Roman counters marked "Galle Rue Richelieu No. 93 Paris", brass eight-day time and strike movement, applied gilt fruit, gilt acanthus leaf surround, patinated bronze platform base with fluted rectangular feet, with pendulum and key, 21-1/4 in..
